Has an overseas or international company requested that you send
an Apostille? A mobile notary is the answer!
In 1961, many nations joined together to create a simplified method
of "legalizing" documents for universal recognition. Members of the
conference, referred to as the Hague Convention, adopted a document
referred to as an Apostille that would be recognized by all member
nations. Documents sent to member nations, completed with an Apostille
at the state level, may be submitted directly to the member nation
without further action.To obtain an Apostille, you can do it yourself
by following the directions provided on the Secretary of State's
home page (available on my Links and
Resources page).
I also offer Apostille service "direct to your door" for your convenience.
This includes pick-up and drop-off at your location. In most cases,
I can offer same-day or next-day delivery of the completed Apostille.

1) I meet you at your location
-Travel to anywhere within 10 miles of Mission Valley are
included in the basic service fee (see below for
fees)
2) I notarize the documents
-All signers must be present
-All signers need government-issued photo identification
-Two (2) signatures/signers on one document are included in the basic service
fee (see below for fees)
3) 50% of the fee is due by check, cash, or Paypal
Paypal users
are charged an additional fee: Go to thefeecalculator.com to see what your fee would be if you choose to pay by Paypal
4) I take your document(s) with me to the appropriate
government offices to acquire the Apostille certificate(s)
5) I meet you at your location the NEXT DAY
Same-day service is available for an additional
fee, and only if the document pick-up occurs early in the day
6) I give you the documents back, with Apostille certificates attached
to them
7) The balance of the fees are due by check, cash, or
Paypal
