I provide mobile notary services in the San Diego, CA area.

Services include the notarization of documents such as living wills (a living will is a California health care directive), traffic school tests, and adoption related documents. I am also often asked to notarize power of attorney forms.

I specialize in mortgage loan signings, focusing on customer service and accuracy to ensure a successful and error-free signing.

I am one of the few San Diego notaries to offer "Spanish-only" signings for Spanish-speaking borrowers. (I am completely fluent in Spanish, and many borrowers find this a huge blessing even if they do speak some English).

I dress professionally and provide a calm, pleasant experience. I don't rush signers and I take the time to point out relevant information.

For general notarizations not related to home loans, rates start at $50 depending on the location and number of signatures. For home loan signings, rates range from $75 to $150 for re-fis, and $100 to $250 for purchase transactions, depending on the travel distance from Mission Valley.
